Maidstone officer and boy had he been refused by a lot of people for a simple HBV vaccine. First his prison nurse, although busy vaccinating prisoners could not do it. Then his GP said unnecessary, then his walk in clinic said no, then the GUM clinic as he is not at risk sexually, then 3 different chemists. And these guys are at serious risk with prisoners who know exactly how to infet them when angry which is a normal state for some prisoners.
