Hi Paul, Sorry for delay but thanks again for information below. I managed to get in right at the last minute with Nomad Travel Clinic and having the 3rd injection on the 3rd May (day that I fly).

In the UK GP's all have a sign saying contact us 4 weeks before you fly for travel jabs. Then so often they tell people wanting HBV jabs well we can do one on day 1 then another a week after you fly and one in 6 months time which isn't really too good. The caller above had landed in this situation and was onward to China and high risk. So we educated him about the 21 day course and also that even one jab before flying will usually provide some immunity eg most often we have found from doing many blood tests on people that one jab will provide immunity for a couple of months at least 2 jabs maybe for a years and the full 3 for about 5 years. So even if they are flying in days just get the vaccination started is best.
