This caller was on anti depressants and completely isolated when he called, 2 members of his family had died of hbv and he was very ill. A course of anti biotics for clamiddya had flared his hep b until he was hospitalised. A year of counselling later we talked him into dating and getting off the anti depressants, pointing out his hbv was manageable and he was actually well and gonna live long. We got his fiancé vaccinated and then they married and now he has 2 beautiful girls. We talked him out of calling either Paul. He has since tested and vaccinated 10 or more of his family back in Africa and diagnosed and saved 2 from hbv harm.

If it was not for Paul I would be dead by now. He has help me get over 3 opps now and still is on the other end of the phone if I need him
