Am I safe from my partners HBV?

This wife was a nurse from Africa and well nurses can often very strong individuals, as she was, so I banged her a little hard for even thinking a vaccine that has protected 2 billion new borns so far and is ending HBV rather like we got rid of small pox was not going to protect her. Pointing out her hubby is a patient and does not need the stress of his wife demanding condoms and moaning about not having a family. So basically told her scared is not an option the blood at work is 3.5% infectious, HBV and HCV levels in UK hospitals for the last decade and she is happy to wallow in it. yet her poor husband is on Tenofovir and undetecetable she is 1000IU/ml vaccinated and being SCARED IS NOT A OPTION...Later she rang pregnant and radiant. I mean if a nurse has misunderstood the killer lie "100 more infectious than HIV" so badly what is it doing to Joe Public?
