Hopefully someone can help me and shed a light for me. I been diagnosed with Hep on age 19th and I was still a virgin. I have no clue on how I gotten it. My older sister also have it and she have no clue on how she got it. I am not sure if two of my other siblings have it and my mom never talk about the diseases. Anyways I have never seen a hepatology dr not until now. On 2018 my Hep b Viral load is 860 and searching online this doesn't require a treatment as long as you viral load is less than 2000. My alt is also normal 22. Testing again this year my hep b viral load is 4 times higher is 3000 
. When I heard that from my dr , I cried and told her am i going to die? She said do not worry, your alt is normal still at 22. She advise me to see a hepatology dr and from there they ordered me to get a liver scan and additional test to see what's going.
Searching online anything greater than 2000 need treatment but it also said if your ALT is normal you dont need treatment. So I am confused. I definitely don't want my viral load to go up especially in two year time frame it went up by 2140. That's pretty high and fast. I am scared to die and I want to live long.
Can anyone please give me advise. I've also searched online that some people have viral load of millions and even billions...?? Advise would be highly appreciated! I am so scared here ....
