Hi Paul thank you so much for you help would like to put my story out there maybe to put others at ease if they find themselves like me
My baby is four months old and chews everything an old friend of mine wanted to hold her and when I looked I saw what looked like a pink scratch (healing/healed)on the woman's Arm scab at the most no blood present and my fear was if my baby leaned into the woman which she did would her mouth touch that scab would she catch hep b or c because it's not as delicate as hiv outside the body or so I have read but as you know my mind started making up worse case scenarios like there was blood it went in babies mouth she's teething so that means she has sores as teeth are coming oh no call a and e and get up there this morning get her the vaccine and then I went on google were it says you can get both hep b and hep c from saliva And just to clarify Paul we was talking about both hep b and c right? Apart from this encounter I never knew anything about herb/c I knew about it but not the risks it's not spoke about enough.
