Need Advise On Test Results

First of all I would like to appreciate your entire efforts toward running this forum.

I am really confuse of my recently Hep B test results !

My results are following,

HBsAg = Non Reactive
Hepatitis B Core Ab = Reactive
Hep B Core Antib IgM = Non Reactive

I got tested through privately and they said all results are fine.

I have following questions,


Am I cleared from the Hep B Virus ?
Can I pass Hep B to others peoples based on my test results
